Non-Refundable Situations

  3. The client has caused significant delays or failed to provide required materials (content, images, branding, access credentials, etc.), preventing progress.
  4. Third-party costs have already been incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain purchase, hosting fees, premium plugins). These will be deducted from the refundable amount.
